Moderna Museet/ Arkitekturmuseet

The newly renovated Museum of Modern Arts offers an impressive collection, including over 5000 paintings, sculptures and installations and more than 25000 watercolours, drawings and prints from the world´s most highly appraised contemporary artists. Exhibits are changed frequently and the museum is well worth a visit, not only due to its collection, but also for the stunning building it has resettled in. Also not to be missed is the Museum of Architecture, also extremely impressive and located in the same building, as well as a library and various quite corners to enjoy a cup of coffee and piece of cake.
