The Nordic sea is warmer than the Nordic light hotel with softer materials like wood. The lobby is dominated by an impressive 9000 litre aquarium. Even if you do not stay in the hotel visit the Absolut icebar at the ground floor. The ice- bar is a PR spin- off of the icehotel in Lapland. You get a warm parka and can enjoy your vodka shot out of an ice block in a bar completely made out of ice. The recent opening of an icebar in Milan and more bars planned show that this is a highly successful concept. So if you plan to go there a reservation is highly recommended as the space in the bar is limited.
