Uppsala Domkyrka , the 13 th century cathedral, is the tallest church in Scandinavia.  Riding in to Uppsala on the train from Stockholm, the cathedral, as well as Uppsala Castle, can be seen in the distant.  The spires make for an imposing view on the horizon and even more so as you approach Uppsala.
