Restaurangen

At Restaurangen they use the flavours of spices to create themes - cumin, dill, ginger, horseradish.
For dinner you can choose to combine three, five or seven flavours. The idea is to have several smaller dishes rather than one large. Our food is made with influences from cuisines around the world. How about a Swedish venison patty or a Moroccan lamb tagine?
Your taste journey may continue – or start – in the bar or in the comfortable lounge chairs with drinks flavoured with, for example; vanilla, aniseed, peach or coconut.
The wines are served in a smaller size glasses with each dish and are selected carefully to accompany and enhance your taste experience. Simply more flavours!
